Well these pokemon are extemely hard to get so get some good help before attempting this. Note some pokemon Ï just traded.

Celebi: I beat elite 4 12 times and found it in Victory road
Jirachi: Traded from Emerald(my emerald game)
Mewtwo: Caught at Ceruleon cave
Lugia: Navel rock action replay code
Ho-oh: Navel rock action replay code
Registeel: Traded from Emerald (again my Emerald because my friends wouldn’t trade their legendarys)

Remember extremely hard to catch Adios you all.

Aerodactyl
To get the ancient pokemon aerodactyl, go to the house to the right of the museum at pewter city. Note: you must have cut. Talk to the sciencist and he will give you the old amber. Take the old amber to the lab at cinnabar island and give it to a sciencist and let him bring it to life.

All 3 legendary birds
So here’s how you get all 3 legendary birds it’s easy if you have gotten up to Blaine and beaten him.

Moltres-Just beat Blaine, then Bill will talk to you and show you the 3 rainbow islands.go to island 1 and search north until you find Mount Ember and go to the top Moltres is there the best ball to catch it is with an ultra ball.

Zapdos-You have to go to rock tunnel and just above the pokemon centre there is water surf until you get to the bottom and go into the power plant in there is Zapdos 3 chances at an elctrode magnemites and some magnetons.

Articuno-you get Articuno un the seafoam islands just go through the cave in there head north and go down the laddar there is some boulders 2 infact just push them into the hole that is there you have to do it twice when you do the first go down the hole with it get back up there and do it with the second the currents will then take you to Articuno.

All 3 legendary pokemon
Zapdos: found in the power plant at cruelean city. required hm’s: surf.

Moltres: found at the top of mt. amber on one island. required hm’s: all hm’s.

Articuno: found at seafoam islands. required hm’s, surf, strength.

Pokemon Emerald Cheats, Codes, & Hints

2 ways 2 catch pokemon easier
These are the 2 different ways to catch a pokemon easier. One of the ways I did. It totally works. The other way my friend did it and it again totally works.

1st way:
When you’re about to catch the pokemon you want, select a pokeball from your bag and use it. When it’s about to be thrown press and hold A and B,as it opens press and hold A and Select(Release B). It will work 90% of the time.

2nd way:
When you’re about to catch the pokemon you want you use a pokeball [(depends on how the wild pokemon's level is.)(for both ways)] when the ball is shaking after the ball drops down repeatedly press B over and over again.

These ways will give you a better chance on catching a pokemon.

99 master balls
To get 99 master balls first you have to train all 3 regis to level 100 then you go to the battle frontier and talk to everyone eventually someone will give you 99 master ball happy training.

A quicker way to get a metla coat from magnemite
A quicker way to get the metal coat is always hold a magnet and have a poemon with lightning rod.

Absol
Go two route 120 and find Absol. Battle it until its hp is red. catch it with an ultra ball (your best bet), and train it. It can become powerfull.

Access the Mystery Gift
Go to any PokeMart, fill in the questionaire, which is the clipboard near the cashier, and type in Link Together With All. This allows you to access Mystery Gift.
Cheat codes make games more enjoyable. Just remember that no matter what you are playing be it Halo, Grand Theft Auto or Mario Kart that you respect your opponents. Don't taunt them too much. Also if you win all the time, you might find that people will no longer want to play with you.

It won't matter what it is. They won't even want to play bingo or old maid with you. So be careful not to alienate people.

There should be no moral dilemma attached to cheat codes and people shouldn't get the wrong idea about them. They don't mean you are cheating, per say. What they do is give you access to in-game features that otherwise you would have no way of accessing. Kind of like the extras that come with a DVD.
